Aside from talks that Victor is going to have a mental breakdown, he is also set to beat Marco's criminal charges in "The Young and the Restless," as per the latest spoilers.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Victor is going to penetrate a new phase of drama in the upcoming episodes for the week. It has been revealed that he will be arrested and will undergo a trial for being charged for Marco Annicelli. As per the publication, The Moustache deserves to experience what is happening to him, which seems to indicate that his reign of terror is going to end soon.

Victor is also set to go to the hospital in the upcoming episodes of "The Young and the Restless," which leads some to speculate that the character is set going to suffer from a mental breakdown. On Feb. 28, @YandR_CBS wrote on Twitter that it could be Victor's last stand; however, the series' main villain could still find his way to redemption, as indicated by Heavy.

Victor has prevailed before, but he may be having his most difficult battle to date. As per Heavy, the Newman Enterprises head is being taken down by Phyllis and Billy, in addition to being betrayed by his grandson Noah. Things are getting worse, as his granddaughter Summer seems to be interested on his enemy Luca while Nikki walked out from his office when she reached Phyllis to express her lamentations.
