Xbox One New Features News: Microsoft Updates Xbox App for Windows 10
Xbox keeps better by the day as new features and softwares are constantly updated and release across all the consoles. On that note, more features are up for preview this month for both Xbox One consoles and the Xbox app on Windows 10.
The new Xbox features give the user more control over the Xbox experience. Fans will have their requested features delivers to Xbox One console and Xbox One SmartGlass.
On Windows 10 from the Xbox app preview and Widows Insider updates from the Windows Team, Xbox users on Windows 10 will now have recording, game clips and screenshot features enabled.
For PC games, the game bar will let the user record clips of games of favorite Windows games. The user will be able to record game clips for Windows PC games using the game bar available on Windows 10. This can be done either manually or automatically.
A new app is available for users who would want to customize their Xbox avatar appearance and also view the profile of their friend's avatar. This can be downloaded from the store on Windows 10.
There is also the user profile which enables a user see another gamer's bio, location, reputation, tenure and other information including their favorite achievements or game clips added to their Xbox One profile.
Live TV Streaming is enabled for preview members with an Xbox One Digital TV Tuner (this is available in only 16 European countries and Australia), or a Hauppage 955Q TV Tuner available in the U.S or Canada by attaching to the Xbox One. This feature is also available in Windows 8 PCs, iOS and Android devices.
To be able to enjoy this, the user has to ensure that there is at least a Build 10061 or higher of Windows 10. There might be some hitches but not to worry, this is just an initial preview build of the Game bar.
