Rolling out several new updates for Xbox One on Wednesday, Microsoft has announced that it will be offer more improvements on the console in March. In fact, the Redmond-based tech giant has said that it will now concentrate on enhancing features of the eight-generation console, counting the shareable screenshots and the Suggested Friends feature.

According to IBTimes, in the March update, the tech giant will be focusing on improving the following aspects of Xbox One.

Suggested Friends

This is a new feature on Xbox One and it allows users to search as well as find friends on the console's home screen. For instance, suggested friends may be people you already know, or popular community broadcasters as well as video creators and they can be added to the users' network. In addition, Microsoft will be adding a new 'Suggested Friends' page to the device's friends area.

Screenshots

This aspect allows players to take screenshots of the progress of their game. All that they need to do is double-tap the Xbox button on their device's controllers. If they wish, they can save the screenshots by pressing Y. To command the console to take a screenshot, they need to just say, "Xbox, take a screenshot."

In addition, Microsoft is also updating the upload app to enable users to manage their screenshots and their game clips. Now players can set screenshots as their background. In the long run, the players can share the screenshot on their activity feeds, attach them to messages, share on social media sites such as Twitter as well as add them to their showcases.

Names

This feature is meant for people with access to Xbox One preview and it will allow them to share their actual names with their friends or any other person in the Xbox Live community. While gamertags continue to be the most popular means to recognize others, sharing their real names will enable users to identify people whom they may be familiar with people only by their name.

Privacy

This is a new feature and this setting that offers users the option to share voice search data with the company. In order to change the setting, users can go to Settings > Privacy and online safety > Share voice search data.
