Xbox One Backward Compatibility List 2016: New Game Titles Update Will Be Available This March?
New updates for Xbox One Backward Compatibility will already be available by the end of March, an executive for the brand confirmed.
Mark Ybarra, director of program management at Xbox, confirmed the report during the Xbox One Spring showcase recently.
However, preview members can play with some of the new updates by accessing the Xbox One Backward Compatibility store, and clicking on the tab to find out new game titles.
"Instead of having to go to Xbox.com or boot up their 360, they'll be able to do this way [Through the Xbox Store]," Ybarra he said, in a report from UK's Express. "It will only stock Backward Compatible games on Xbox One."
Xbox One Backward Compatibility update basically allows users to play titles on Xbox 360 in their new console.
"Microsoft has built an Xbox 360 emulator within the software of the Xbox One. That means, essentially, you've got an Xbox 360 within your Xbox One that springs into life when you insert those old discs or boot up a last-gen game," Digital Spy explained.

The latest game updates on Xbox One Backwards Compatibility include "Mass Effect 3," "Crackdown" and "Crackdown 2," "The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings," "Sam & Max Save the World," "Counter-Strike: GO," "Jeremy McGrath's Offroad," "Geometry Wars Evolved," "Sam & Max Save the World," as well as "Bomberman Live."
