'X-Men: Apocalypse' News: Stan Lee Teases Special Cameo In Movie

Marvel creator Stan Lee has made it quite the tradition to make surprise cameos in his properties' movies.

These cameos are usually very fast and humorous quips, but in a recent ask-me-anything panel at Comic-Con, Lee teased a very special cameo for the upcoming 'X-Men: Apocalypse' movie.

Lee was heard beginning with revealing his cameo before he was stopped by the moderator stating that the topic was off limits.

He then brought himself back together with just claiming it was something fans wouldn't want to miss.

"When you go see the next 'X-Men' movie when it comes out, and see my fantastic cameo, you will say, 'I remember he told me about it here," Lee said. "It's a different cameo in that it has one additional thing in it."

While that didn't really reveal anything about his cameo, the crowd apparently was overjoyed.

"And if that doesn't make you go see 'X-Men,' I'm wasting my time," he added.

Here's the synopsis for the film:

"It has all lead to this. All of the battles (both outside and within the group), action, relationships and time travel that the uncanny X-Men have endured have lead to this, their biggest story ever - X-Men: Apocalypse. Following the universe changing events of 2014's X-Men: Days of Future Past comes this epic mutant adventure and with it a number of casting opportunities for performers of all ages.

"X-Men: Apocalypse will follow the super powered mutants battling their most powerful foe yet, the devious and devastatingly dangerous Apocalypse. This legendary villain uses his incredible abilities to alter his physical form, access other mutant superpowers and telekinesis to recruit a cult-like group called the Four Horsemen to be his servants and do his bidding in an all out war against the X-Men."

'Apocalypse' arrives to theaters on May 27, 2016.
