WWDC Live Stream 2015 News: How to Watch Tim Cook’s Keynote on Windows PC, iOS, Android and OS X
Apple Inc. begins its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2015 in San Francisco on Monday with a keynote address by the company CEO Tim Cook at 1.00 p.m. EDT/ 10 a.m. PDT. Traditionally, the WWDC has always provided a platform for developments in software as well as services for Apple's devices. However, this does not mean that the event would not be used to unveil or launch a few new products of the Cupertino-based tech titan.
According to IB Times, Apple is likely to make use of the event to unveil a number of software products, including iOS 9, OS X 10.11 as well as a native third-party app support for the Apple Watch. In addition, the company is also likely to reveal a streaming music service based on Beats Music, in addition to the expansion of Apple Pay to the U.K.
However, the New York Times and Re/ code report that though Apple was also expected to unveil an upgraded Apple TV set-top box and a streaming television subscription service, but both these have been postponed.

Watching WWDC Keynote on an Apple device
In order to watch the WWDC keynote live stream on Apple's website, users need to view it via a Safari browser on OS X 10.8.5 or later versions and Safari on iOS 6.0 or later. Those owning the second- or third-generation Apple TV can also watch the live stream via the "Apple Special Events" app, provided their set-top box has software version 6.2 or later installed.
Watching WWDC Keynote on a PC
People using PC, Linux and Android devices can also watch the event via a workaround using the open-source VLC Player. According to 9to5Mac, once the VLC has been installed, users just require launching the app, go to media and click on "open network stream." It is worth mentioning here that till it is time for the event to start, the stream link will appear broken. Moreover, it may also be subject to change. Previously, this method was used by viewers to watch Apple's iPhone 6 event in September and the company's Spring Forward event in March. However, there is no guarantee that one will be able to watch the live stream via this method because it is not officially supported by Apple.
