Wu-Tang Clan & Ol'Dirty Bastard 2013 Rock The Bells Festival Performance Ultimate Failure, Hologram Ol' Dirty Bastard Performs [WATCH NOW]

Wu-Tang Clan had one of the worst performances during the Rock the Bell Festival this past weeken. The crew was supposed to have a hologram performance with the late Ol' Dirty Bastard, but everything went downhill in just a matter of minutes. Here is exactly what went down.

The first half-hour of Wu-Tang's was smooth despite the fact band members Raekwon and Ghostface Killah were missing in action. The crew still managed to please audience members performing classics like "Da Mystery of Chessboxin", "Wu-Tang Clan Ain't Nuthing ta F-ck Wit", and "Clan in da front". The main and anticipated event however, didn't go so smooth. The Ol'Dirty Bastard hologram performing with the group was all effed up!

The music stopped working completely after they performed say 10 songs. Method Man tried to keep the crowd pumped by freestyling about Rock the Bells and LeBron James (don't ask why). Method Man even told a few jokes in sheer desperation. He quickly got frustrated after 5 minutes of dead air passed he said "Two more minutes and I'm walking out of here, hologram or not. I'm tired of this sh-t. This sh-t doesn't happen at rock and roll concerts."

Other members of the group didn't help cope with Method Man's agitation, they just stood around miscellaneously on stage, didn't join in the freestyle session, or to just perform one of Wu-Tang's songs a cappella. The 5 minutes of dead air turned into 10 and the music finally returned, but everything was off from the vibe of the group t their tempos on the mic. Method Man quickly threw in the towel saying, "I'm f-ckin' done with this speeding up and slowing down sh-t. This some bullsh-t, Chang." referring to the Rock the Bells founder Chang Weisberg.

DJ Techs were scrambling like rats to fix the problem and finally did. ODB performing "Shimmy Shimmy Ya" with his son Young Dirty Bastard went smooth, but the performance could not be salvaged. DJ Mathematics played a sped-up version of GZA's "Duels of the Iron Mic" and that's when all hell broke loose. Wu-Tang was struggling to keep up with the beat and concert goers began to leave the set including Method Man, but he later returned and promised the crowd, "You will never see a f-ckin' show like this again from us. Trust me."
