'World of Warcraft: Legion' DLC Release Date, News: Game Arrives In August, Freebies Offered For Thrilling Gameplay
The upcoming "World of Warcraft: Legion" DLC is expected to be released in the third quarter of the year. In addition, some freebies are being offered for gamers to enjoy a more thrilling gameplay in "Warlords of Draenor" and "Legion."
"World of Warcraft: Legion" is set to be released on Aug. 30, Polygon has learned. As per the publication, the sixth DLC of the "World of Warcraft" game series is also bound to see the return of main villain Illiadan Stormrage; however, it looks like his role has changed in "Legion," from the dark force to the light.
The publication noted that in the events in "World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade," Illiadan comes face to face with a naaru, a good guy opposite the Burning Legion. The naaru informs Illidan about an enemy who is greater than the Sargeras and the Legion. The said villain is called "The Void" and it is viewed as the ultimate adversary of the Light.
In other news, it looks like "World of Warcraft" developers are set to become "friendly" to the gamers through offering some freebies, according to Game n Guide. Such freebies include the "Warlords of Draenor," which is free of charge and part of the base game, along with four game expansions - "Mists of Pandaria," "Cataclysm," "Wrath of the Lich King," and "The Burning Crusade." Another good thing set to happen in the game is an enhanced gameplay, as per the publication.
Overall, "World of Warcraft: Legion" is set to be released on Aug. 30.
