Wes Bentley and Jacqui Swedberg Baby News: New Baby Girl Announcement, Daughter Brooklyn Born Last June
American actor Wes Bentley, 36, and his wife, Jacqui Swederg have recently come out and confirmed that they have added a little baby girl to their family. Brooklyn was born last June, but the announcement about her birth was only made public recently.
On a side note, the couple who got married back in 2010, also have a four-year-old son named Charles.
Bentley, who played Seneca Crane in 2012's 'The Hunger Games', did not mention his daughter's birth while promoting the upcoming film 'Interstellar', which will star Jessica Chastain, Anne Hathaway, and Matthew McConaughey.
Beyond that, fans can recognize Bentley in TV's 'American Horror Story: Freak Show' as the character Edward Mordrake.
Stepping back, when Bentley promoted the film 'The Time Being', he had this to say in regards to how fatherhood has changed him.
He said, "I was drawn to the story about trying to be an artist and have a family and whether you could do both. I had had my own minor struggle with that in my head when I knew I was going to be a father, but I didn't have as big of a battle as [my character] did."
Adding, "I decided quickly-I said, 'I'm gonna be a great father, and if I struggle as an artist, that's fine.' But I've found that actually, [fatherhood] has really made me a better actor, a better artist. It's given me more tools and more life."
Fans can recall that the actor was once married to actress Jennifer Quanz. However, due to some personal issues and some deception, they ended up breaking it off in 2009. Allegedly, Bentley's secret drug use got in the way of their marriage, but since the actor has stepped onto the right track, and remains sober.
