Wendy Williams News: Talk Show Host Takes Fall on Stage During Comedy Tour
Talk show host Wendy Williams of 'Wendy Williams Show' has definitely shown the world that she can laugh at any circumstance even when she falls, literally. Just recently, Williams' Sit Down Tour...Too Real For Stand Up comedy show in Houston just last Saturday night had many laughing including her for apparently falling on stage as she walked to do what she does best, talk and make people laugh.
Despite the unfortunate incident where Williams almost had a bad fall when she walked in front of the audience upon being introduced with an usher background music, people were impressed at how Williams handled herself well and was even able to sit down and sip a glass of wine after.
"Shut the f--k up, okay? There's the fall that never happened!" Williams said jokingly to the audience and added, "Put that on YouTube."
"Number one, this is like our seventh city on our twelve-city comedy tour. Number two, every stage is different. I didn't see that s--t. I am 12 feet tall...but you caught it right? Did you catch my 51-year-old recovery?" she continued explaining how well she recovered even in her age.
And well, a few members in the audience indeed posted the video online and when the video went viral, Williams again had a good laugh about it. "Forgot it's the 'Sit Down Tour' not the fall down tour," she posted on Twitter just this Sunday afternoon. "#wendywilliamstour #ouch wendywilliamstour.com."
Williams has been on tour for the whole of summer which led her to take a break in her hit Wendy Williams show but it has been reported that the comedienne and host will be back in her show this coming September 14.
And for sure, she will once again make everyone laugh by her great sense of humor and hopefully no more falls in the future.
