The 2^nd episode of "Wayward Pines" season 2 will reveal more about the character of Rebecca, and why Dr. Theo Yeldin cannot trust her.

In the premiere episode of the mystery thriller series, Dr. Theo was baffled by the uncanny occurrences in the town of Idaho while his partner Rebecca seemed to have gotten used to them. The events in the previous episode somewhat hinted at the surgeon's partner's strange and mysterious connection with the ideas promulgated in the town.

The difference between the perceptions of Dr. Theo and Rebecca about Wayward Pines indicates the possibility that Rebecca volunteered to become part of David Pilcher's experiment and subscribed to the ideas of the First Generation. A preview clip of the upcoming episode shows how this is possible.

In the preview, the surgeon is shown wondering how he was able to get to the strange town of Wayward Pines. When he tells Rebecca that nothing in the town is real, his partner immediately slaps him on his face and tells him it's about time to face his new reality.

Rebecca adds that nothing else matters but just that. However, it seems that the situation in the town will force Dr. Theo to wake up to the reality of the strange things besetting Wayward Pines.

One of the scenes shows Ben Burke stepping into the territory of the Abbies, laying his life on the line. Theresa will also beg Jason Higgins to save her son. In the video, the leader of the town is shown ordering his men to attack the Abbies.
