'Watch Dogs 2' Trailer: Game Merges Action And Technology In The New Gameplay [WATCH]

Ubisoft has released a new gameplay trailer for "Watch Dogs 2" and it blends action and tech elements.

The trailer opens with a man on a motorcycle. After he collides with a car, the passenger asks him to get off the cycle. Feud happens between him and the passenger, but he pays back, knocking out the latter. After that, he rides his motorcycle and drives. The lower left corner of the clip also shows a map of the city, which is comparable to navigation apps; it is assumed to have a tracker function for the man to locate his target.

According to IGN, "Watch Dogs 2" adopts the "app culture," allowing players to "drive normies" and go over "sweet jumps." In addition, the game features race drones, motorcycles, and driving through San Francisco traffic while being chased by the police.

"Watch Dogs 2" also shows some differences from its predecessor, according to Game Spot. As per the publication, its vibrant locale and light-hearted hero show a stronger identity while its diverse hacking alternatives give way for more artistic gameplay.

In a statement, as cited by Game Spot, game director Danny Belanger shared his thoughts on the game's path. He said that it had been really important to give something new and fresh, so that a lot of things branched from choices they had made. From San Francisco's culture to Marcus Holloway's sociability, these elements had changed the way how the game felt and played.

Developed by Ubisoft, "Watch Dogs 2" is set to come out for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Microsoft Windows on Nov. 15.
