'The Voice' 2013 Season 4: Top 8 Performance Episode 5/27/2013 / Judith Hill, Holly Tucker Rock The House
On tonight's Memorial Day episode of The Voice 2013, the Top 8 contestants will sing to stay on the show. Judith Hill opened the night off with an excellent version of the popular Will.I.Am song. She looked more Janelle Monae than Judith Hill with poofy hear and a cape with metal feathers. Regardless her performance was stellar and will definitely get her through to the next round.
Here's a list of the Top 8 contestants left on The Voice 2013.
Team Adam:
Judith Hill
Amber Carrington
Sarah Simmons
Team Blake:
The Swon Brothers
Danielle Bradbery
Holly Tucker
Team Usher:
Michelle Chamuel
Team Shakira:
Sasha Allen
Each judge had a singer in the bottom 4 last week.
Team Adam - Amber Carrington
Team Shakira - Kris Thomas
Team Usher - Josiah Hawley
Team Blake - The Swon Brothers
Now Team Blake Shelton's Holly Tucker is up singing "Done" by The Band Perry. It's the perfect song for the college student coming out of her shell. Tucker's got one of the best voices on this year's season but needs a little more edge. Every female country artist has a "mean" song. This is that song. The Band Perry takes twang to a new level. Almost punk.
Tune in for the rest of the live performances on tonight's The Voice 2013 episode.
