'The Voice' 2013 Season 4: Top 12 Results Recap / Team Blake Brings the Country, Team Adam Brings Female Talent [VIDEO]
Similar to American Idol this year, The Voice 2013 is packed with powerhouse female singers. After the first round of the live playoffs, America has decided whom the Top 12 going forward. Here's a recap of Wednesday night's live results show.
On Team Blake, it's a no brainer the Swon Brothers made it through. They have "A'murichan" singing competition written all over their country-tinged harmonies. Holly Tucker's performance was probably the strongest of the week and America noticed. Rounding out Blake Shelton's team is Danielle Bradberry.
Adam Levine, the consummate ladies man, doesn't have any remaining male singers. Instead America opted to save country sweetheart Amber Carrington and soul singer Judith Hill. Sarah Simmons was lucky with a last minute save from the coach, filling up the slots on Team Adam.
Usher pulled a shocking save when he chose Josiah over Latina princess Cathia. Indie darling Michelle Chamuel and Vedo also earned a spot on Team Usher. At this point in The Voice 2013, Michelle Chamuel seems like a favorite to make it to the finals.
South American goddess/songstress Shakira was not short on the drama on last night's The Voice 2013 live results show. Shakira sent home Latina favorite Karina and opted for the ghostly pale Garrett Gardner. Powerhouse singers Sasha Allen and Kris Tucker easily made it through, though Sasha Allen could take home The Voice 2013 crown, if she plays her cards right.
Who do you think is going to win The Voice 2013?
Tune in next week for the Top 12 performances at 8/7c on NBC.
