Some television shows, you just can't miss and for those who tune in to "The Vampire Diaries" with blood curdling screams every week, you might want to know what is coming up.

First airing in 2009, the horror drama on the CW network is a hit focused on a teenage girl torn between two brothers who are vampires.

Right now, Bonnie, played by Kat Graham, is lost in another dimension. Even though she is gone, her friends decide to celebrate her birthday.

Caroline, played by Candice Accola, is upset about Bonnie's absence and about her sick mother. To cope, she has focused all of her energy on Miss Cuddles, a teddy bear that Caroline buried in the yard when the two teens were children.

Caroline is on a mission to find the original and Stefan, played by Paul Wesley, is completely supportive. Hey, everyone copes in their own weird ways.

During this episode, Elena, Jeremy and Damon (played by Nina Dobrev, Steven R. McQueen, and Ian Somerhalder, respectively) attempt to send Bonnie a birthday message while she is stuck in another plane in the universe. While Bonnie is gone, another heartbreaker might just leave too. Jeremy is considering leaving Mystic Falls too.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, we can expect for some of our favorite "The Vampire Diaries," characters to even deal with death along with loss. Death is pretty common in the series and season six seems to be one of the saddest seasons ever.

Caroline will likely lose her mother to cancer which hits home for many viewers as cancer is a common killer and it will be a complete stab to viewer's hearts.

Spoilers also seem to suggest that Stefan will come to Caroline's rescue as a confidant which will change their relationship. Be ready for an emotional roller coaster ride every Thursday night on the CW.
