Fans of the hit supernatural TV drama series "The Vampire Diaries" will be thrilled to know that Bonnie (Kat Graham) who was last seen trapped inside Kai's (Chris Wood) Hell will finally put some spotlight on the young witch as her friends get "an unsettling" message from her.

According to Christian post, the episode titled, "The Day I Tried to Live" indicated that Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) will convince Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) to commemorate Bonnie's birthday. However, upon getting in touch with the birthday girl, the group gets a disturbing message from Bonnie saying, "Please tell everyone that I'm sorry." This in turns sends the group on a rescue mission.

Will they succeed? Earlier reports from TV Line pointed out that they in fact will and will push through this tough situation together. Executive producer Caroline Dries expressed, "Bonnie, who's one of the strongest women on our show, will prove that she's not going to be down in the dumps. She tries to make the best of things, and it will help shape her into the character she's going to become starting in the 2015 episodes, where she's going to harden a little bit."

The Futon Critic released a full summary of this week's episode and it reads: "Determined to celebrate Bonnie's (Kat Graham) birthday, Elena (Nina Dobrev) convinces Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) that it's what Bonnie would have wanted. After piecing the broken ascendant back together, Elena, Jeremy and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) attempt to send Bonnie a message, but the situation turns dire when they make an unsettling discovery."

"Meanwhile, after uncovering Stefan's (Paul Wesley) secret about his great-niece Sarah Salvatore (guest star Tristan Mays), Enzo (Michael Malarkey) enlists a reluctant Matt (Zach Roerig) to help interfere with her life. Elsewhere, Stefan keeps a close eye on Caroline (Candice Accola) as she unconventionally attempts to cope with everything going on around her. Lastly, realizing it might be time to move on with his life, Jeremy contemplates leaving Mystic Falls for good."
