'Uncharted 4' Release Date, News: Director Warns Fans About Videos Leak, Spoilers?

Just as the director of "Unchartered 4: A Thief's End" warned about news leaks and spoilers, some videos have surfaced online about the graphics, maps and even a short gameplay of the much-anticipated follow-up in the franchise.

According to WCCF Tech, the videos don't really show any spoilers about the game, but they do show a peek of the gameplay, which is why some of the fans who want everything to be a surprise may want to avoid watching them.

This was just what director Neil Druckmann is warning about as he said that with "Unchartered 4" nearing launch, it's much more difficult to contain all the information, news and details about the game no matter how much they try to keep the secret close to their chest.

In a tweet on April 26, the director wrote, "Uncharted 4 is just two weeks away! As we get closer it'll get harder and harder to control leaks. Stay vigilant. Big surprises in store."

Meanwhile, in other news, Stuff reported that all the modes and maps for "Unchartered 4" will be made available for free.

This bit of news was confirmed by game designer Robert Cogburn who wrote in a blog that this would be the first for Naughty Dog to release the DLC at no cost.

"Our DLC release approach will represent an entirely new direction for Naughty Dog, and we are confident it will have a hugely positive impact and keep the Uncharted 4 multiplayer community thriving," he wrote.

"Unchartered 4" will be released worldwide on May 10.
