'Uncharted 4' Release Date: Game’s Live Stream Delayed, Naughty Dog To Announce Details

In line with Naughty Dog's "Uncharted 4" multiplayer map, the studio reportedly postponed its live stream.

On Aug. 31, Naughty Dog wrote on its official Twitter account that they were postponing their planned live stream due to an unexpected technical issue, suggesting players to sty tuned for the new date and time.

Naughty Dog was supposed to host a Twitch livestream for "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End's" multiplayer on Aug. 30 at 11:00 a.m. PT/ 2:00 p.m. ET/ 8:00 p.m. CEST, according to PlayStation Lifestyle. As per the publication, the studio mentioned about unveiling a new map and a new game update.

In May, Naughty Dog also unveiled its multiplayer roadmap and it contains what players can expect from the game. As per the roadmap, as seen in PlayStation's webpage, the Summer 2016 sees details on new maps, game mode, weapons, boosters, mystical, skins, vanity items, and Cinema Replay feature.

In the autumn, players are set to learn more details on co-op gaming, additional maps,weapons, boosters, mystical, skins, and vanity items. The studio is also set to unveil more weapons, boosters, skins, and vanity items comes winter and spring 2017.

The "Uncharted 4" multiplayer community is set to become solid, despite the release of various DLCs, according to lead game designer Robert Cogburn. In his statement in May, as cited by the PlayStation website, he said the community would not be fragmented by different DLC types and those who were loyal in participating in the community would be rewarded.

For Cogburn, their DLC release approach would signify a totally new path for Naughty Dog and they were confident it would create a hugely positive impact and keep the game's multiplayer community alive.

"Uncharted 4" was released for the PlayStation 4 on May 10.
