Popular UK stars Oghosa Ovienrioba and comedian/actor Russell Brand recently discussed the dangers of porn addiction and how it makes society view people as sexual objects rather than individuals.

Ovienrioba is best known for being a very popular fashion and beauty vlogger on YouTube who revealed last year that she had a severe porn addiction for a few years.

The now 22-year-old blogger explained that she was abused by a family friend at the age of six or seven years-old for a span of three or four years.

In addition, the 'Sincerely Oghosa' host admitted in a recent interview with the Daily Mail that her rabid addiction started at the age of 14 when she discovered an adult film via a Google search.

However, Ovienrioba said that that she was finally cured of her porn addiction after she became a Christian at the age of 21 and later revealed her dark secret to a close friend.

"I was really done. And luckily, that was the point that I got saved and I remembered someone telling me that 'Jesus wants to have a personal relationship with you...Literally everything changed. From the day I was saved, I never touched porn again,'" said Ovienrioba in the YouTube video last year.

Ovienrioba disclosed that she decided to talk about her big secret regarding her porn addiction, after God revealed to her in two separate dreams that she should share her testimony despite her initial reluctance.

"Talking about it made me realize how much of a problem it was - you're only as sick as the secrets you keep. As a Christian, you have to be quite controlled about what you let into your heart, in terms of what you see and do," said Ovienrioba to the Daily Mail.

"When I uploaded that video in February [2014], I had no idea how phenomenal the response would be. I received hundreds of heartwarming comments from women who were going through the same thing for years. Lots of people don't think girls can suffer a porn addiction but it's a problem for both sexes. I hope I can help others out there - talking about your problem is the first step."

Like Ovienrioba, famed actor and comedian Russell Brand also exposed his views regarding the effects of pornography on his personal YouTube show.

On The Trews' show, Brand publicized that he also began his porn addiction as a teenager, which is an issue he currently deals with until this day.

As a result, Brand admitted he viewed women as sexual objects rather than people because of his ill-conceived notion of the opposite sex.

"I was obsessed with porn when I was a teenager. We had to find magazines and steal things from under beds, so living in this culture now where there's just icebergs of filth floating through every house on Wi-Fi is inconceivable at what it must be like to be a young adolescent boy with this kind of access to porn...I feel like if I had total dominion over myself, I would never look at pornography again," said Brand on his 'The Trews' show on YouTube.
