The defending 2014 NCAA Champion Huskies (3-2) are looking to snap their current two game losing streak when they battle the Bulldogs on Friday night, after their recent 55-54 loss versus the Texas Longhorns (on November 30) where UCONN guard Ryan Boatright totaled 24 points and 7 rebounds in the game.

"When I realized my man was setting the screen, when I planted to go back the other way, it just turned and it gave out," said Boatright to ESPN in reference to his current ankle injury.

Adding, "It hurts! I'm a dawg, I'll be back."

UCONN forward Jonathan Holmes revealed his thoughts about his performance against the Bulldogs, where he shot the game-winning shot with two seconds left in the game.

"The first look was for Myles (Turner) slipping to the basket," said Holmes to reporters.

"The second was for me getting screened into the corner, and that was about as open as you could hope for."

Meanwhile, the Bulldogs (7-2) are hoping to extend their winning streak to three games when they battle the current NCAA Tournament Champions on Friday.

Previously, Yale defeated the Bryant Bulldogs by a final score of 67-60 (on December 3) where Yale forward Justin Sears totaled 14 points, 11 rebounds and 5 block shots in the victory.

"[The Providence game] shows that we can hang with these guys," said Sears, according to the Hartford Courant.

"We were within six points of Providence and I didn't play that strong a game, but my teammates played great. I'm thinking if I'm on my game, and everyone else plays like they did, we can definitely knock off UConn, Florida or any team in the country for that matter, if we just play Yale basketball."

The game will start at 7:00 pm ET and it can be watched on TV on ESFC and ESP3 network or online through live stream by clicking here.
