The Connecticut Huskies will battle the SMU Mustangs on February 14 at the Moody Coliseum in Dallas, Texas.

The defending 2014 NCAA Champion Huskies (14-9) are hoping to extend their winning streak to four games when they face their AAC challenger Pirates on Saturday night.

Previously, the Huskies were defeated by another American Athletic Conference opponent the Tulsa Golden Hurricane by a final score of 70-45 (on February 12) where UCONN guard Ryan Boatright had a 23 points and 8 rebounds in the game.

The Huskies have a notable 7-4 record in their conference so far this season, while the Mustangs have an amazing 11-2 record within the American Athletic Conference.

Meanwhile, the Mustangs (20-5) are hoping to extend their winning streak to three games when they host the current NCAA Tournament Champion Huskies at the Moody Coliseum.

Previously, the Mustang defeated another American Athletic Conference adversary the Houston Cougars by a final score of 75-69 (on February 12) where SMU guard Nic Moore totaled 15 points in the victory.
