Former '30 Rock' star Tracy Morgan has evidently recovered from his accident involving Wal-Mart and its truck that hit the celebrity's SUV limo as he has just been spotted spending some fun family time at the Walt Disney World in Florida with his daughter and fiancé.

The trio including Morgan, Megan Wollover and their 2-year-old daughter, Maven Morgan were looking great and in high spirits especially since they were high up riding the Dumbo the Flying Elephant ride at the park's Magic Kingdom last Thursday.

Indeed Morgan seemed to have now the physical well being to finally be in parks with his family after suffering multiple serious injuries from the accident even having his friend James "Jimmy Mac" McNair dead including several people injured from the tragic incident.

The trio were obviously having the time of their lives with Wollover wearing a Mini mouse headband that matched her daughter's who was also wearing one. The family of three smiled for the cameras having several people speculate that Morgan is finally recovered from everything.

Previously, Morgan expressed his struggles after being in an accident saying, "There were times where I had my good days and my bad days, where I forget things," he reportedly said adding, "There are times where I have the headaches and the nosebleeds. I wouldn't even let my lady know because I don't want her to be worried about it."

And after Morgan's lawsuit that he filed against Wal-Mart was settled to an undisclosed amount, Morgan reported it to the people saying that he is finally relieved. "Bones heal. The loss of my friend will never heal because we'd known each other a long time," Morgan previously said on Today. "But I'm happy that Walmart stepped up to the plate in a tremendous way...They took full responsibility. I'm just really happy that they looked out for Jimmy Mac's family, because I know my friend can rest in peace now," he added.
