'Total War: Warhammer' DLC News: Game Set To Become Bloodier?

The new DLC for Creative Assembly and Sega's "Total War: Warhammer" is set to be bloody, as per reports.

According to PC Gamer, "Total War: Warhammer" is set to get bloody with gore, since it will see ogres biting heads off and trolls going "HAM." As per the publication, such are indications of "delightful mess." In addition, the game showcases a locale inhabited with constant combat, now with blood, to make it a more horrifying place.

Bringing the blood and the gore is natural in "Total War" titles, according to Kitguru. As per the publication, such theme is going to be the highlight of the upcoming content and it is set to show that the Old World can be made realisitic with blood dreching elements. This emphasis on blood is set to be a transition from the previous iterations, with Horne as the Blood God, who is busy drinking while the residents of the Warhammer are busy killing one another.

According to Steampowered, the upcoming game content is set to bring fans new mature-rated effects, which include blood spurts, gory spatter on unit models, limb and head dismemberment for humanoids and non-legendary characters, explosive gibbing from deadly mid-torso strikes, blood-drenched UI elements, and global campaign events that create higher carnage in battle.

As per Steam, "Total War: Warhammer" is posted at $3 and it is not the sole content for the title at the moment. According to the publication, the studio also added some detailed patch notes for the initial game update, which reportedly covers fixes, tweaks, and the release of Vampire Count Blood Knights.

Developed by Creative Assembly, "Total War: Warhammeer" was released on May 24.
