Thrice Returning in 2015? Christian Worship Artist Dustin Kensrue Returns to Hard Rock Roots After Hiatus

Thrice

In what many fans are reviewing as the best Christmas gift ever, rock band Thrice may have hinted on a return to music for 2015.

The band, fronted by Christian singer/songwriter, Dustin Kensrue, posted an image reading "Thrice 2015" on their website. The picture shows the letters in large words on top of what appears to be the band playing in the live room of a studio.

Thrice went on hiatus in 2012, but always intended to get back together at some point. The members went around to do various projects, with Kensrue becoming worship pastor of Mars Hill church. In 2013 he released a worship album, The Water & Blood, and also just dropped a Christmas EP called Lowborn King under the monicker of The Modern Post.

Thrice last released an album in 2011 (Major/Minor), and then performed a "last show" which also makes up the live Anthology album featuring some of the best best and most beloved songs.
