Contemporary Gospel Songstress Theresa Pinkney Finds Another Reason To "Count It All Joy" With Six First Round Nominations Of The DMV Christian Awards

Contemporary Gospel artist Theresa Pinkney has been celebrating her recent ministry successes.  Known for her riveting, feel-good track, "Count It All Joy", the #1 song for 2011 on CJBRadio.com, the new artist has been capturing the hearts and ears of the gospel music industry.  Hot on the heels of her 2012 Gospel Blue M.I.C. Christian Jukebox Achievement Award, the soulful songstress is celebrating once again.  She received an astounding six first round nominations for the DMV Christian Music Awards.  The soprano received nominations for Contemporary Gospel Artist, Rhythm & Praise (Female), Song of the Year (for "Never Alone"), Album of the Year (for "Me Against The World"), Female Artist of the Year and Female Indie Artist of the Year.

Also this month finds the singer flying to Los Angeles to sing at the upcoming Los Angeles Faithbase Music & Media Conference.  Organized by the Southern California Gospel Announcers Guild, the event will feature Pinkney as she performs during Saturday's Nightly Musical and Showcase on October 6th.
