'The Witness' PS4 News & Update: Gigapixel Gaming Creates Game’s Single Screenshot
Gigapixel Gaming structured a single screenshot of Thekla Inc.'s "The Witness."
According to IGN, the group utilized 6,000 4K screens to display one screenshot of the 3D puzzle game. As per the publication, the team utilized Nvidia tool Ansel, which is capable of capturing screenshots in gigapixel chucks. The group managed to come up with a 367200 by 130560 image of Jonathan Blow's brilliant island landscape.
Tiny grey specks can be seen on the mountain peak in the picture. As per reports, the details refer to the "eerie" statue-people in game. This is in addition to various optical illusions in the image.

"The Witness'" PlayStation 4 Pro support and NES reboot are coming soon. According to the game's official website, the developers are now working on a PlayStation 4 Pro patch for the game. As per the publication, it is set to enhance the game's visual quality.
A case in point is the PlayStation 4 pro's 4K display, which will be rendered 1440p or higher while preserving the game's run of 60 frames per second of fps. As per the game's website, the image will be upscaled to 4K and text, menus, and user interface will be drawn at the native 4K resolution.
With the aforementioned details, it is assumed that players will be more engaged to the game.
