In line with "The Walking Dead" season 7, it is revealed that the answer to the major death in the series' season 6 has been secretly filmed and it might be the last appearance of Steven Yeun's Glenn in the show.

Production took place on the night of May 5, as per "The Walking Dead" Facebook fan page The Spoiling Dead Fans. As per the social media post, people were not allowed to wait outside the studio during filming and this ignited rumors that the production team may be completing the cliffhanger sequence from "The Walking Dead" season 6.

With the said rumor, it is assumed that a beloved character from the zombie apocalyptic television series might die in the particular episode that is being filmed. "Moment of silence for the wonderful talent that will be greatly missed, whoever it turns out to be. We love you!" as per the fan page.

In line with a seemingly major character death in "The Walking Dead" season 7, it is rumored that Glenn is the one fated to die in the series. According to News Everyday, the character is attached to a major death from Negan's bat beating episode in "The Walking Dead" season 6.

While Yeun's character is set to die in the series, it is revealed that his co-actor Norman Reedus, who plays Daryl Dixon, in the show, is reportedly insisting on firing Yeun from the hit television series.

As per the publication, Dixon wanted his friend Jeffrey Dean Morgan to have more exposure in the show. A source also told the publication that Dixon had been instrumental in getting Jeffrey added to the show and he wanted next season to center around their characters - and if that meant zombies kill off Rick or Glenn, so be it.

"The Walking Dead" season 7 is expected to air in October.
