Things are going to get interesting with Negan in the next season of "The Walking Dead."
The man behind the series, Robert Kirkman, teased that Negan will evolve in "The Walking Dead" season 7, albeit not for the better. Instead, he will be a constant threat to the other characters.
In a recent interview, Kirkman talked about the role of actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan a.k.a. Negan in the series. According to him, it was his presence in the final episode of season 6 that made the chain of events in the series a whale of a thrill. He said, however, that not all episodes of season 7 will necessarily have to end in cliffhangers just because Negan will be there.
The creator of the series also assured fans that a big change is going to happen in season 7 as Negan will always be around. He revealed that the presence of Negan will be a big threat that may result in an unexpected turn of events in the next installment. He also added that even though same things were told in the past, Negan's character will be totally different in season 7.
Fans have yet to know in the season 7 premiere who Negan got killed in the season 6 finale. In an interview, actor Norman Reedus teased that the premiere is going to be emotional for fans, as one of their favorite characters might die.
Meanwhile, spoilers for the next season suggest that season 7 will see the new characters Ezekiel and his pet tiger Shiva. Kirkman said that the production team behind "The Walking Dead" will use a mix of animatronics and CGI in depicting Shiva.
