'The Walking Dead' Season 7 Release Date, Spoilers, News: Coming In October?; Seventh Season 'Will Be More Gore Than Expected'
"The Walking Dead" Season 6 ended with a huge cliffhanger that almost sent all of the viewers on the edge of their seats. One shocking event that left the watcher's jaws hanging is when Negan killed someone who remains a mystery until now. As a result, many are dropping hints about the unlucky victim. What will happen in Season 7? Here are some of the hottest predictions.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan provided insights about Season during his interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
"Season seven picks up right where we left off, and you'll see who was at the end of that bat and what happened from there," Morgan said. "The death of the person kicks off season seven, and that will be a big part of who is on the receiving end of Lucille," he continued.
On the other hand, showrunner Scott M. Gimple added in a separate THR interview that Season 7 will be going beyond gore, more than fans can expect. He said that they "certain that we will be pushing some boundaries with it."
Additionally, the creator hinted that Negan and Carl's unique friendship from the comics will be briefly bought on the next season. Meanwhile, actor Andrew Lincoln, who plays Rick hinted on the website as well what will happen to his character on the upcoming new season.
"I think [Negan is] going to irrevocably change who that guy is and how he feels as a leader when the scene eventually plays out."
So, when is Season 7 coming out? Popsugar noted that AMC slated to start "The Walking Dead" Season 7 at some point in October 2016.
