Ever since it was announced that Negan would be making an appearance in season 6 of "The Walking Dead," the menacing specter of the most dangerous foe that Rick has ever faced has been hanging on their heads.

The recap of episode 13 of "The Walking Dead season 6 shows that Negan's influence extends far and wide, even if he's not expected to show himself until the finale.

Nothing is more evident when Carol was first introduced to the name when the team was captured by a band of Saviors-no more than three women and a man-only to be saved by Rick's assault team.

The recap of "The Walking Dead" season 6, episode 13 was vague about the names of the Saviors. One was named Paula or Polly, according to IMDB, and another-the older woman with lung cancer--was named Molls or Molly.

But that seems to be the idea, their names are not important because they only answer to one name: Negan.

When the name was mentioned, Carol's ears perked up as she asked, "Who's Negan?"

Molls replied "Sweetie, sweetie... we're all Negan!"

Then there's Primo who also claimed to be Negan before he was killed by Rick's bullet. Of course, earlier spoilers already proved this to be false as the character will be played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

But what "The Walking Dead" season 6, episode 13 recap did was to effectively lay down the foundation for the eventually introduction of Negan, and how Rick and the rest of the survivors will realize that the living is much more dangerous than the dead.
