'The Walking Dead' Season 5 Episode 10 Recap: New Traveler Played By Ross Marquand, Will be Friend or Foe?

Sunday's episode of The Walking Dead continued the story of Rick's group trying to make it to their final destination - Washington D.C.

Throughout the episode, Maggie and Daryl struggle to cope with Beth's death. Carl and Father Gabriel try to console Maggie by offering her gifts but Maggie ends up getting angry, blaming Father Gabriel for not understanding Beth's death.

Daryl doesn't seem to budge about his sadness over his loss until Carol shows with Beth's knife. He takes it as Carol tells him to let go, but Daryl still holds onto the knife, silently telling her he's not ready to be free.

The group's luck is out as the episode reveals that they haven't eaten in a day and a half. On their search for food, their vehicle runs out of gas. Without any other choice the group slowly walks along the path, not even bothering to attack the Walkers that are pursuing them.

The Walkers eventually catch up with them. The group, despite Sasha's risky behavior, kill the Walkers. Along the road a pack of wild dogs come running after them. Sasha shoots them with a silenced rifle and they all finally have something to eat.

Daryl finds shelter but lingers as he cries about the death of Beth. Later one the group member's finds water labeled "from a friend." They are all hesitant to drink it until it heavily rains and they all find it to be a good sight. Then Daryl comes and tells the rest of the group about the barn.

During the night, a terrible storm and a herd of Walkers come and attack the group. Working together, everyone helps keep the barn doors closed. After that the group gets some well-deserved sleep.

When Maggie and Sasha wake up and leave the barn, they realize the storm was a tornado and killed the walkers and leaving the barn untouched. As the two take in the beauty of the morning, the episode ends with a man in a dressed sharp tells them he is a friend and wants to see Rick.

Viewers are curious to see who this "friend" is and whether or not the group can trust him at all.
