In 'The Vampire Diaries' Season 6 Episode 11 entitled "Woke up with a Monster," Stefan Salvatore will tell Enzo that Sarah is still alive.

Sarah is the daughter of Damon Salvatore's victims- Uncle Zach and Gail in Season 5. Damon is still unaware of her existence and fans are curious if he will finally discover the truth after the mid-season break.

'Vampire Diaries' producer Caroline Dries was asked by Alloy Entertainment about Damon's reaction if he discovers the truth that his brother Stefan takes care of Sarah.

"As for Damon's reaction to the Sarah news, I can't tease too much, but I can say that it will be a bit of a surprise for everyone," Dries replied.

As for "Delena" fans, Dries was asked about the fate of the couple, however the producer did not confirm if they are getting back together in future episodes. Dries revealed that she wanted to explore the fresh romance of Delena that was not featured in the early stages of their relationship in Season 4.

Damon and Elena's long awaited kiss was interfered by the evil Kai Parker on the last episode before the show went on a break. Clearly, Delena fans were disappointed and expressed their hatred towards Kai.

According to Dries, Kai will experience difficulties in handling his powers. The villain "might have bit off more than he can chew."

The episode synopsis also revealed that Damon will change his strategy on how to save his beloved Elena Gilbert from the hands of Kai. Meanwhile, Stefan and Caroline Forbes travel together to North Carolina to look for a cure for her mother's cancer.

Stefan also has his secret motives behind traveling to North Carolina. The pair's journey was hindered by Enzo's sudden appearance since he wanted to know what Stefan has been hiding all along.

'The Vampire Diaries' will return with Episode 11 on Jan. 22 via CW.
