The latest episode of "The Real Housewives of New York City" opens with Dorinda Medley breaking the news to Sonja Morgan, Ramona Singer and Luann de Lesseps that their trip to Hawaii won't push through due to Bethenny Frankel's health issues, but that they will go to Miami instead.

Everyone agrees to go when Lu says that she has a friend who has offered her yacht for the engagement party at Palm Beach.

In preparation for the getaway, Jules Wainstein joins Sonja and Ramona for a pre-trip shopping. While shopping, Ramona tells the ladies that she's mad at Lu for mentioning to the press that she used to date Tom.

Bethenny invites Dorinda, Carole Radziwill and Ramona over to her house for some catching up. That seems to be her way of avoiding Luann's engagement party in Miami. She announces to the girls that she will have to undergo a surgery to clear up her fibroids.

Meanwhile, Bethenny looks forward to the drama as Sonja, Ramona and Luann ride the same boat with Tom. On the other hand, Carole is curious about the guy, who apparently has made the rounds with so many of her friends.

As Sonja, Ramona and Dorinda arrive in Miami and head to the yacht, they discuss among themselves the doom of being on board with Tom. Recapping the saga of Tom, Dorinda says that all she did was set Tom and Luann up on a date.

"No, they didn't go on a date!" says Ramona. "She picked him up, took him home and did him that night, and has been doing him ever since. I think she's a sex addict." she adds.

While everything starts friendly enough, tension builds up at Luann's party when Dorinda warns Luann that Ramona wants to talk to her about the statements she made to the press.

"Nobody's going to run my evening, and nobody's going to ruin my life with Tom," says Luann. "He wasn't dating Ramona. She's an idiot," she adds.

After a while, Carole arrives with Tom. As the ladies get ready for the party, Carole looks forward to seeing the whole drama play out, especially when Sonja mumbles, "I lost a companion, a lover and a dinner date," referring to Luann's soon-to-be-better-half Tom.

Elsewhere in the episode, Bethenny chills on the Miami Beach with a friend and reveals a shocking news about Luann's new man.

"Someone sent me a series of texts that are so incriminating that I can't imagine how it wouldn't blow up this whole engagement. This could possibly mean the wedding will be cancelled," she says.

It looks like Bethenny is planning to sabotage Luann's engagement with Tom.
