'The Real Housewives Of New Jersey' Season 7 Spoilers, Recap: Teresa Giudice Patches Things Up With Melissa, Jacqueline?

Teresa Giudice has just gotten out of prison and is looking to patch things up with her co-stars in "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" season 7.

In episode 2, Teresa spends time with her brother Joe Gorga and his wife Melissa as she prepares for the holidays. Her probation officer has granted her clearance to grace the Gorga's Christmas bash so she can attempt to make amends with her sister-in-law.

The family sits down for a seven-fish feast and everything seems to be going just fine. Those sitting around the table raise questions about the days Teresa spent behind bars and all the tables in the Gorga's home remain unspun. However, things get a bit intense when Teresa and Melissa step away from the table.

Teresa tells Melissa that she wants to get close with her again for her brother. A surprised Melissa then suggests she should build friendships on her own volition and not because of someone else. In the end, however, Melissa agrees to make amends with her sister-in-law.

Teresa also tries to rebuild a relationship with Jacqueline Laurita by handing her a letter expressing her concern for her and how she wants to be friends with her again. This leaves Jacqueline feeling excited yet confused, but tries to maintain an open mind and decides to wait for Teresa to make the first move.

On New Year's Eve, Teresa calls Jacqueline to talk about "new beginnings." While Teresa feels uncomfortable talking with her again, she is happy being reunited with her old friend after many seasons of not being on speaking terms.

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" airs every Sunday, 8:00 P.M. on Bravo.
