‘The Peanuts Movie’ Release Date, Official Trailer: Blue Sky Studios Launches All New Teaser [VIDEO]

Blue Sky Studios, in collaboration with 20th Century Fox, is set to debut its computer animated film 'The Peanuts Movie' in November, and decided to release its first official trailer in anticipation of the premiere.

Fox Family Entertainment posted the official trailer on YouTube, giving fans a glimpse of the upcoming CG and 3D film.

"Never stop dreaming big," the trailer said, and shows a sneak peek of Charlie's dog Snoopy taking to the skies as a World War I-era fighter pilot, the Flying Ace.

The trailer follows a previous one released in November by 20th Century Fox, which also showed Snoopy flying above Paris and past the Eiffel Tower. However, the recent trailer also gave a glimpse of Woodstock repairing Snoopy's doghouse and turning it into a plane.

Not much is shown in the trailer about the plot though, but information has appeared on what adventures Charlie, Snoopy, and the gang will have.

Reports claimed that Charlie will go on a quest to get something he thought he needed and in the end discovers that he was pretty okay the way he already is. Also Snoopy, as the Flying Ace, will have his own parallel journey as he pursues his nemesis The Red Baron and embark on his greatest mission yet.

Director Steve Martino has also said that the tone of the film will feature a lot of Charlie's optimism, saying, "I wake up every day and it's like, 'Today's the day we're going to win that game! I'm going to kick that football!' As you have more life experience, those things have more meaning."

Writer and producer Craig Schulz also said that when it comes to Snoopy, "We really get to go into his mind and see what this crazy dog is imagining every day of his life."

'The Peanuts Movie', which is based on the comic strip Peanuts by Charles M. Schulz, will be released in honor of the comic strip's 65th anniversary. The film will come out in theaters on November 6.
