'The Little Couple' Star Bill Klein Promotes New Book, Recalls Battle with Depression

Being small doesn't really mean that you can't do anything big, and this was proven by 'Little Couple' stars Bill Klein and wife Dr. Jennifer Arnold who are both doing very well in their lives inspiring others, including their two children with a new book they are promoting.

The new book, which was co-written by the two reality stars is titled: 'Life Is Short (No Pun Intended): Love Laughter, and Learning to Enjoy Every Moment' is available now. When Klein promoted the book recently, he recalled his past struggles and how he had overcome them.

"In college, I had reached the deepest of depression and that brought me to the brink," he told HuffPost Live. "Since then, things have turned around huge for me. My life has gotten better and better every single year," Klein added.

The father to two children also shared how he wished his kids would be better than how he dealt with everything before. "I've had a few bumps in the road each year to deal with...but that said, I hope that I can teach my kids to do better than I did when it comes to dealing with people that you can't control."

Klein continued giving concrete advices to his kids, Will and Zoey as they are also smaller than the ordinary kids they are interacting with. "I like to think I can police every child my son or daughter will interact with until they're 45 years old, but that's not realistic," Klein jokingly said.

"I hope I can arm them with enough intelligence to disseminate the difference between what matters and what doesn't and what they need to take to heart and what will make them the best person they'll continue to develop into," he added.

And of course, all that advice and more including their life as a married couple, all their other good times will be in their book. Dr. Arnold even teases the readers saying, "We learned a lot about our lives that we actually didn't really quite know."
