'The Legend Of Zelda' Wii U Release Date, News: Nintendo Announced March Release, ‘Twilight Princess’ To Be Visually Gifted

Along with the visually appealing new trailer for "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess," Nintendo has reportedly revealed the release date of "The Legend of Zelda" for Wii U.

According to Crossmap, Nintendo has revealed the release date of the much anticipated video game "The Legend of Zelda" for the Wii U. As per the publication, the tech company announced that the release will be this 2016. It is known that Nintendo is going to have its "Twilight Princess," so fans are inevitably speculating on how the two titles will reflect the story of the game.

Nintendo is set to release "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess" in the early part of March, according to Extreme Tech. As per the publication, the game will feature a full high definition 1080p resolution, along with "revamped" textures, enhanced lighting, and improved gameplay, making it a better version than its predecessors.

As per the publication, the "Twilight Princess" release "butted-up" against the release of the "The Legend of Zelda" for Wii U, resulting to its conversion into a cross-gen release. It has also been added that the original left-handed orientation came back, while the motion controls seem to have disappeared.

"The Legend of Zelda" serves as the title of the upcoming action-adventure game developed by Nintendo for the Wii U home video game console. It also serves as the 19th game installment in Nintendo's "The Legend of Zelda" series, as well as the initial original "Zelda" game enhanced with high-definition (HD) graphics.

Nintendo initially plotted the game for a 2015 release, but in March 2015, game producer Eiji Aonuma revealed that the company had not been aiming for the game's launch that year. It was at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 2015 when Nintendo America President Reggie Fils-Aime confirmed that the game will be released in 2016.

For the time being, fans and gamers can expect the release of "The Legend of Zelda" for the Wii U in 2016.
