'The Legend Of Zelda Breath Of The Wild' News: Game Set To Feature Voice Acting, Sci-Fi Tidbits
Fans are set to see some changes in Square Enix's "The Legend of Zelda: Breathe of the Wild," as the game is set to have voice acting and science-fiction aspects.
Incorporating voice acting in Square Enix's title is set to be part of the studio's exciting ways to present the game to the fans and gamers, according to title producer Eiji Aonuma. In his interview with Polygon, Aonuma said that it was really hard to leave an impression on players with just text and emphasized that not every line of the game's dialogue would be voiced.
According to Aonuma, hearing an actual human voice for a character during the early past of the title's development had touched his heart and had given him striking emotions. For the game producer, using voice acting on some lines in the game would help leave impressions on gamers and fans.
As per IGN, it looks like Link is not set to have a voice in "The Legend of Zelda: Breathe of the Wild," as Aonuma associates that with a break in the connection between the character and the player. In the same interview, the game producer said that if Link had said something that the user did not agree with, that relationship between the user and Link would be lost.
Aonuma also mentioned about the integration of sci-fi grains to the forthcoming title. He said that he had wanted to add technology as the opposite side of Links adventures through a ruined world. He explained that it would be interesting for the character to user technology to explore through the wild and ruined world and had figured that would be another layer to the game.
"The Legend of Zelda: Breathe of the Wild" is set to be released in 2017 for the Nintendo Wii U and the Nintendo NX.
