"The Last Ship" season 3 is already coming to a close, but the best is yet to come.

As the series approaches its finale, fans can still expect intense actions to happen. For one, everything will come to a head with Chandler as he tries to see if he can still go back home, or if his home will even welcome him considering all the political hullabaloos and turmoil there. Based on the promo video for the remaining episodes, it looks like Chandler may no longer have a country to go back home to.

While details about the upcoming episode remain scarce up to this point, at least one thing is for sure: Chandler will have to face the likes of those he has not had a showdown with yet this season.

Titled "Legacy," the upcoming episode revolves largely around Kara. The official synopsis for the episode teases that she could find an emblematic life preserver who can help her out with her mission. While it remains to be seen if it will work for her, Kara is certainly one of the very few who has the capacity to turn the tide.

Episode 11 will set the stage for the season finale as it highlights the most important events in a fine fashion and breaks them all down. Since the post-apocalyptic series has been renewed for a fourth season, fans can expect the events to get bigger in scope as it makes its comeback next year.
