The Gray Havens 'Fire and Stone' Reaches Top 10 on Singer/Songwriter Charts

The Gray Havens

Fire And Stone, the full-length debut recording from husband/wife folk/pop duo The Gray Havens, entered the Top 10 on multiple Singer/Songwriter charts following its January 6 release. The project reached #5 on Amazon's Best Sellers in Singer-Songwriter chart, while landing at #9 on iTunes' Singer/Songwriter Top Albums chart.

Also on release day, the album's "Stole My Fame (To: Grace)" was selected by American Songwriter Magazine's Songspace as their Daily Discovery. Songspace is a collaborative song network that makes it easier for creators to work together, utilizing the creative process to aggregate important data like recordings, lyrics, and copyright ownership details for music enterprises.

Produced by Mitch Dane (Jars of Clay), Fire And Stone features 10 selections written or co-written by The Gray Havens' Dave and Licia Radford. Mastered by Matt Odmark of Jars of Clay, the recording includes contributions from Stephen Mason of Jars of Clay, Tyler Somers of Jenny & Tyler, and Kevin Whitsett of the Rhett Walker Band.

Based in Chicago, The Gray Havens have established a loyal following since the release of the Where Eyes Don't Go EP in 2013. Last year they were featured at Under The Radar's Escape To The Lake event, along with Jason Gray and Sara Groves, among others, as well as Under The Radar's post-Dove Awards Nashville showcase, alongside Andrew Peterson, JJ Heller, and Andrew Greer and Cindy Morgan.
