The upcoming episode of "The Fosters" season 3 will have Brandon break Callie's heart again. Skeletons in the cupboard will be revealed, relationships will be laid on the line.

In the trailer for episode 18 entitled "Rehearsal," Callie accidentally hears a conversation between Brandon and Mariana about relationships. Based on their private talk, it looks like her relationship with Nick is going through a bumpy road.

Being Mariana's big brother, Brandon tries to make her realize that it is normal for anyone to commit mistakes. He even confesses that he has already experienced sleeping with someone while dating Callie before. This immediately puts a damper on Callie, who is just standing outside the room while listening to their conversation.

Meanwhile, the teaser for the upcoming episode also shows how Zoe reveals to Nick Mariana's secrets, making Mariana cringe to death.

According to the official synopsis from Disney ABC Press, "During a rehearsal for Brandon and Mat's "Romeo and Juliet" musical, Zoe tells Nick that Mariana cheated on Mat when they dated, causing Mariana to fear that Nick will end their relationship. Callie serves as a character witness for her friend Daphne, who is desperately trying to get her daughter back. Meanwhile, Jesus and Mariana want to help their birth farther."

Ecumenical News teases that as secrets are spilled in the upcoming episode, relationships are put in jeopardy. Aside from Callie overhearing Brandon's revelation that he had sex with someone while they were dating, there is also Zoe exposing Mariana's past relationship with Nick. Mariana also finds herself caught in between a fracas after helping her father out.
