'The Flash' Season 3 News: Mirror Master Unveiled As One Of The New Baddies

More baddies have been added to the cast of "The Flash" season 3.

Fans already know that the upcoming season will deal heavily with the "Flashpoint" story arc, and that at least two new villains--one being a speedster and the other being a human--are going to go up against Flash.

Just recently, however, it has been revealed that more baddies from the comic book are set to join the gang, including Mirror Master, Top and another one, who may or may not be Rose and Thorn.

Recent reports claim that Grey Damon has been cast as Mirror Master and will make an appearance in the fourth episode of the upcoming season. The actor is known for his roles in NBC's "Aquarius" and The CW's "Star-Crossed." While there are to different versions of Mirror Master in the original comic book, The CW has decided to use Sam Scudder, who first appeared as a predominant Rogue character in 1959.

"One of the Flash's most infamous Rogues, Sam Scudder--a.k.a. Mirror Master--is a smooth criminal with a huge ego. Upon discovering he now has the power to travel through any reflective surface, Scudder embarks on a massive crime spree to prove himself the greatest thief that Central City has ever seen," reads his character description.

In the comics, San Scudder is an ordinary convict who always gets fascinated by reflections. He discovers his unique powers when he stumbles into a hall of mirrors and is able to get inside his own reflection. As a villain, he uses mirrors to hypnotize and become invisible.

"The Flash" season 3 premieres on Oct. 4, 8:00 p.m. on The CW.
