Sam, the first Mirror Master, had initially employed the power of illusion to combat The Flash first, but later developed a technology to exploit the powers of mirrors to trap people inside them. At the same time, he also worked out a means to utilize mirrors to travel from one place to another. After his death, the mercenary Evan endorsed his identity as Mirror Master as well as his weapons.
Blackstarr: This super villain named Rachael Berkowitz has an exceptionally high IQ, and attained a PhD only at the age of 18. In addition, she mastered the secrets of the Unified Field Theory (also referred to as The Theory of Everything), with the help of which she gained mastery over the forces of the Universe.
Killer Frost: In the upcoming season of 'The Flash,' Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker) is set to transform into her fatal alter ego Killer Frost.
