'The Elder Scrolls 6' Release Date, News, Rumors: Game Will Not Arrive At E3 2016?; Potential Game Title Leaked
Fans of Bethesda Softworks' "The Elder Scrolls 6" have to wait for a bit more, as the action-role playing game is not going to arrive at E3 2016. Also, the potential names for the game have been revealed.
While there had been rumors that "The Elder Scrolls 6" is set to be released at E3 2016, Bethesda Vice President Pete Hines has already confirmed recently that there is no chance the publisher will release the sixth video game installment soon.
In his interview with Telegraph, Hines revealed that Bethesda was not the sort to focus on what their 25 titles for 2015 were. He said that they did smaller stuff, did not publish to scale, and tried to publish to quality. For Bethesda's Vice President, the people in the company made sure that what they did was noteworthy.
A possible reason behind the delay of "The Elder Scrolls 6" is the multiple projects delegated among Bethesda's people. According to Ecumenical News, the publisher's core design team is still set to work on projects like "The Elder Scrolls Online," "Fallout 4," and the games' respective DLC for the future. As per the publication, Bethesda has no inclination on dividing its teams or working with too many teams of artists, engineers, and game designers.
According to Cross Map, the final title for "The Elder Scrolls 6" is still under debate. As per the publication, the game may be titled either "Argonia," "Skyrim 2," or "Redguard;" though, "The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard" is already existent.
On Feb.1, Bethesda Softworks wrote on Twitter "Are you game? #BE3." This ignited fans' rumors that "The Elder Scrolls 6" is bound to be unveiled at the E3 2016 event.
For the time being, "The Elder Scrolls 6" is expected to be released in 2019. Watch a fan-made "The Elder Scrolls 6" trailer here.
