'The Division' Update 1.2 'Conflict' News and Details: High-Value Targets, New Gear Sets Unveiled

In line with Tom Clancy's "The Division" 1.2 Conflict update, high-value targets and new gear sets have been revealed.

According to UbiBlog, the high-value targets, also known as HVT, is a new game feature in which an HVT officer within the primary base offers a run down of HVTs or big boss villains, who serve as target. Along with details on the leaders' position and description, the players also receive the require gear score to access the said targets and they only have a single chance to take them down, not to mention that they can only complete the task within a limited span of time.

In addition to the high-value targets, the 1.2 Conflict update is also set to have a new feature, the Dark Zone. As per Game N Guide, this part of the game presents more difficult extractions, as division agents have the power to distract the players by sabotaging their loots. According to the publication, the extraction rope can be cut for the loot to drop on the ground.

In other news, the 1.2 Conflict update also revealed four new Gear Sets and they are the Final Measure, Hunter's Faith, Predator's Mark, and Lone Star. According to Gaming Bolt, Final Measure is designed for bulk defense and it provides half percent Exotic Damage resistance and 15 percent protection from Elites. On the other hand, Hunter's Faith prevents snipes while boosts the Marksman Rifle and Elite critical damage by 20 percent.

Support players will benefit from the Predator's Mark gear set, as it provides 20 percent additional optimal range, 800 Assault Rifle damage and 700 Pistol damage. Lastly, the Lone Star set is capable of boosting ammo capacity by 100 percent, in addition to 1000 LMG and Shotgun damage and weapon reloading.
