'The Division' Open Beta Release Date: Ubisoft Unveiled Open Beta To Be This Month, Rewards Await For Participants
Ubisoft has unveiled the its "Tom Clancy's The Division" open Beta will be this month and rewards await to those who will participate.
According to This Is Xbox, Ubisoft announced that the open beta for "Tom Clancy's The Division" is set to hit the Xbox One on Feb, 18. As per the publication, the Beta is going to have an open access to all players for 96 hours, in addition to players getting exclusive one-day early access for an additional night of dark zone deviance
A code is not needed to access the open beta, as per the publication. Instead, players just need to go to the game store and search for "Tom Clancy's The Division" open Beta.
On Feb. 9, Ubisoft also revealed that those who took part in the Alpha and the closed Beta for "Tom Clancy's The Division" are set to receive exclusive rewards as the company's token of appreciation for the time they spend playing the pre-release game versions. It was announced that Alpha participants will get an Xbox exclusive weapon skin while the Beta participants will receive a fancy sports cap.
The open Beta serves to compensate players who missed to be part of the closed Beta, as suggested by Neowin. As per the official game website, Ubisoft said in a statement that fans would be able to expeerience "Tom Clancy's The Division" one last time before launch in an open Beta, adding that everyone would be able to play for free and without restrictions.
The "Tom Clancy's The Division" open beta begins on Feb. 18 for the Xbox One and Feb. 19 for the PlayStation 4 and PC. The said open beta concludes on Feb. 21.
