'The Division' News: Ubisoft To Fix Bugs, Glitches With September DLC
In line with the bug and glitch issues of Ubisoft's "Tom Clancy's The Division," the studio has revealed that game title is set to be fixed.
Ubisoft community developer Hamish Bode addressed the issues that were experienced by players. In a statement during the live chat session "State of the Game," as streamed by Twitch, Bode mentioned that the studio is set to resolve the problems that they faced, along with their recommendations for gunplay, weapons, and space for PvP combat.
As per Bode, such issues are set to be addressed in a forthcoming downloadable content or DLC that they will release in September.
According to Vine Report, the title reportedly had some bugs and unbalanced weapons that players considered to be unfair. Added to this are glitches and lags, which adversely affected the players' gaming experience and interest. It is further revealed that Ubisoft shut down the title servers twice in August because of the database clean-up, the last of which was on Aug.18.
"The Division" is an online open world third-person shooting video game. Set in a futuristic New York City, the title lets players assume the role on Strategic Homeland Division agent, which is called The Division. The agents' mission is to help the organization restructure its operational procedures in Manhattan. Just like many other titles, the game can be played in a player versus player or multiplayer method.
"Tom Clancy's The Division" was initially released for the Xbox One, Microsoft Windows, and PlayStation 4 on March 8.
