Thrill, suspense, heartbreak and mysteries are going to fill the next episode of "The Bold and the Beautiful."

What once was a secret is now common knowledge to almost everyone, as so many people already know that Douglas is actually Thomas' real father. And while Ridge and Caroline have already done the best they can to control the damage, they cannot change the fact that the damage has already been done, and the secret has been brought out into the open. This paves the way for another danger.

Now that Bill already knows everything, he is all set to take advantage of the juicy scandal to take a swipe at Ridge so he can take over Forrester Creations. He targets the whole package with his seemingly unquenchable thirst for power.

Viewers will be surprised to know that of all people, it is Katie who offers Bill a sense of reason. She asks Bill to keep the secret to himself since Douglas does not deserve to grow up with that kind of rumble surrounding him. Ultimately, Katie succeeds in making Bill back off, but it remains to be seen how far he can manage to keep mum.

Meanwhile, Rick catches Brooke by surprise when he tells him about his future plans. While Brooke is not yet ready to let go, Rick is determined to make a name for himself especially now that he already has a child. Whether or not Brooke will talk Rick out of his plans will be known in tonight's episode.
