Alexander Kirk will strike a deal with a mysterious group of hackers in the upcoming episode of "The Blacklist" season 4.

It can be recalled that in episode 5, Kirk tried to assassinate Red. Titled "The Thrushes," episode 6 will follow Liz and Red as they try to make a step forward towards their endgame.

The official synopsis for the episode reads, "When Alexander Kirk contracts with a mysterious group that specializes in hacking the world's most secure computer systems, Red and Liz see an opportunity to make a move on Kirk's organization."

Based on the synopsis, Red and Liz will use the group as a launching pad for their plans, as far as Kirk and his organization are concerned.

While the "Blacklist" production remains mum about the events in the new episode, a short promo trailer for it reveals that episode 6 has a lot of revelations, drama and action in store for viewers.

In the promo, Red tells Liz that he has not lied to her when it comes to Kirk, and that the result of the DNA test does not necessarily prove anything. According to reports, this is where Liz will be compelled to choose between Kirk and Red, and this choice will define the rest of season 4. This means that if Liz chooses the wrong one, she will allow the one who has the true information to either leave or die.

"The Backlist" season 4, episode 6 is set to air on October 27, 10:00 P.M. on NBC.
