Rumors about the next episode of "The Blacklist" Season 3 revealed what will happen in "The Caretaker." According to a report, the criminal known for the alias will be hunted down after a State Department official was killed. 

Here is the official synopsis of the next episode as uncovered by TV Guide:

"A State Department official is killed in Beijing, leading Red and Liz to "The Caretaker," a shadowy keeper who maintains a safety-deposit vault for criminals. Also, Tom makes a risky decision, and Liz continues her quest to learn more about her mother."

As we go further into details, IB Times stated that Liz and Tom finally settled their differences and Liz had decided to keep the baby. Meanwhile, Tom is expected to be "making a risky decision" in the next episode but we will soon find out more about it.

On the other hand, as Liz and Red are searching for the accused, the culprit known as "The Caretaker" will hide his information in a cemetery. Then he'll begin to leak details about other criminals, involving Red and his past.

More than his past, Red will also be facing problems regarding Liz' mother. As we quote from the website, "Red received a painting from Rostova of Liz standing by a gravestone with 'Reddington' on it. Let us hope the upcoming episode will make things clear about Red and his involvement.
